Dear student,

This 8-week Research Fellowship Community is designed for serious students who want to apply for funded Master’s, PhD, Research Assistantship, Teaching Assistantship, scholarship, and professor-supervised research opportunities in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Europe, and other countries.
I, Usman Awan, will personally be part of this community. I will share the exact strategies, templates, mistakes, and lessons I learned through my own academic journey, including opportunities connected with Cornell University, University of Washington Seattle, University of Texas at Austin, UNSW Sydney, UCD Dublin, Cardiff University, Erasmus Mundus, and other international universities.

- Research CV — up to 2 reviews
- Professor email template — up to 2 reviews
- Personal statement / motivation letter — up to 2 reviews
These reviews are designed to help you improve the structure, tone, clarity, and professional quality of your documents before you send them to professors, universities, or scholarship committees.
One-on-One Support
Selected one-on-one guidance will also be included during the program to help students understand their profile, research direction, target countries, professor outreach strategy, and application roadmap.
The goal is not only to teach you information, but to help you apply it to your own profile.

Week 1: Understanding Funded Graduate Study Abroad
How funding works in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and Europe. We will discuss scholarships, RA/TA positions, professor funding, project-based PhDs, and research-based Master’s opportunities.
Week 2: Building a Strong Academic & Research Profile
How to improve your profile through research experience, projects, internships, publications, thesis work, extracurriculars, LinkedIn, and academic positioning.
Week 3: Research CV Preparation
How to prepare a research-focused CV for professors, labs, scholarships, internships, Master’s programs, and PhD applications.
Week 4: How to Find Professors
How to search for professors using Google Scholar, university faculty pages, LinkedIn, ResearchGate, lab websites, conferences, university job portals, and academic keywords.
Week 5: Professor Email Template & Outreach Strategy
How to write emails that professors actually read, how to personalize your email, how to mention research fit, how to follow up, and how to avoid common mistakes.
Week 6: Personal Statement, Motivation Letter & Research Proposal
How to write strong academic documents that connect your background, research interests, target university, and future goals.
Week 7: GRE, GMAT, Applications & Country Strategy
When GRE/GMAT matters, how to target countries, how to shortlist universities, and how to build an application strategy for your profile.
Week 8: Final Roadmap, Interviews & Next Steps
How to finalize your professor list, prepare for interviews or meetings, track applications, respond to professors, and continue applying after the community ends.
