At Scholars Avenue, we believe in transparency, professionalism, and providing students with clear information before they purchase our services.

Our team invests time and resources in evaluating student profiles, preparing academic documents, shortlisting universities, submitting applications, and providing personalized guidance.

We strongly encourage all students to carefully read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing any Scholars Avenue service. By making a payment or signing a service agreement, students acknowledge these terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

1. General Refund Policy — 24 Hours

For eligible Scholars Avenue services and complete study-abroad packages, students may request cancellation and a refund within the first 24 hours after payment confirmation, subject to applicable law and any services already commenced with the student's authorization.

After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable under our standard cancellation policy, except for the specific admission and Italy scholarship refund conditions explained below or where a refund is required by law.

No discretionary refunds will be provided after 24 hours for reasons such as:

• A student changes their mind or decides not to study abroad.
• A student changes their preferred country, university, or program.
• A student decides to discontinue the application process.
• A student fails to provide the necessary documents or meet deadlines.
• A student voluntarily withdraws from the service after the cancellation period.
• A student experiences personal or financial difficulties preventing them from continuing.

We recommend that students carefully evaluate their academic eligibility, financial situation, and study-abroad plans before purchasing a package.

2. Payment & Installment Policy

Our complete study-abroad packages generally follow a two-installment payment structure.

First Installment — 50%

Students must pay 50% of the total consultancy fee before the application process begins. The entire first installment must be paid in advance. Partial payments of the first installment are not accepted.

Second Installment — Remaining 50%

The remaining 50% must be paid after the student receives their first university admission or acceptance letter, according to the payment deadline stated in the service agreement.

Students cannot begin the application process by paying only a portion of the required first installment. Any exception must be explicitly agreed upon in writing by Scholars Avenue.

3. Admission Guarantee & Special Refund Policy

For eligible Study Abroad Complete Packages, Scholars Avenue offers a conditional partial refund if the student does not receive a university admission offer after completing the agreed application process.

To qualify for this refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The student must have paid the complete first installment.
• Scholars Avenue must have submitted applications to a minimum of 12 universities across two admission intakes, within the agreed package scope.
• The student must not have received any admission or acceptance letter from these applications.
• The student must have provided authentic documents, complete information, and necessary cooperation throughout the process.
• The student must have followed the agreed application strategy and met all required deadlines.
• All relevant application decisions must have been received, or the agreed application process must have been completed without an admission offer.

How much will be refunded?

If all conditions are fulfilled, Scholars Avenue will refund 50% of the first installment paid.

For a €900 package with a €450 first installment, the eligible refund would be €225. This refund applies only to the first installment and not to the total package price.

Important: If the student receives an admission or acceptance letter from any university included in the agreed application process, the admission-related refund condition is considered fulfilled and no admission-failure refund is payable. A conditional admission offer may also count where it constitutes a genuine university offer subject to the student meeting stated conditions.

Visa refusals, scholarship rejections, and voluntary withdrawal do not qualify for this admission-related refund.

4. Scholarship Packages — No Refund & No Guarantee

All separately purchased scholarship packages require 100% advance payment. Scholarship package fees are non-refundable under our standard policy, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Scholars Avenue does not guarantee scholarships. Scholarship selection is competitive and depends on the student's academic profile, eligibility, application quality, university requirements, available funding, and final decisions made by scholarship committees.

No consultant, mentor, or organization can legitimately promise or guarantee that a student will receive a competitive scholarship. A scholarship rejection or unsuccessful funding application does not qualify for a refund under our standard policy.

Scholarship applications are not included in any of our Complete Study Abroad Packages, except the Italy Complete Package, as explained below.

5. Special Refund Policy — Italy Regional Scholarship

Our Study in Italy Complete Package is different from other country packages because it includes support for eligible Italian Regional Government Scholarship applications.

Scholars Avenue assists students with university admission applications and the regional scholarship process, including document preparation, application guidance, submission support, and follow-up where applicable.

Regional scholarship results

Regional scholarship results and confirmations are generally announced between October and December, depending on the university, region, and scholarship authority. The exact scholarship result date may vary.

€200 scholarship refund

If a student does not receive the eligible Italian regional scholarship after the final scholarship decision, Scholars Avenue will provide a €200 refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The student must have purchased the Italy Complete Package that includes regional scholarship support.
• The student must have paid 100% of the Scholars Avenue package fee, including both installments.
• The second installment must have been paid after receiving the first university admission or acceptance letter, according to the payment agreement.
• The student must have provided all necessary documents for the regional scholarship application.
• Scholars Avenue must have submitted the eligible regional scholarship application.
• The student must have completed all necessary scholarship requirements and met the deadlines.
• The relevant scholarship authority must have issued its final result confirming that the student was not awarded the scholarship.

Once these conditions are satisfied, the student will be eligible for a €200 refund. Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days after verification, unless applicable law requires an earlier payment.

Important: The €200 regional scholarship refund applies only to the eligible Italy Complete Package. It is separate from the admission-related refund policy and does not guarantee scholarship selection. The refund applies to an unsuccessful eligible regional scholarship application, not merely a delay in the announcement of scholarship results.

6. Scholarship Applications for Other Countries

Scholarship applications are not included in our other Complete Study Abroad Packages, including Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Switzerland, USA, Canada, and other destinations.

These packages primarily cover university admission assistance, document preparation, application submission, and related support as specified in the package description.

Students who wish to apply for scholarships must purchase the appropriate scholarship service separately unless their individual signed agreement expressly includes scholarship assistance.

7. Group Discount Policy

Scholars Avenue provides discounts for students who apply together.

Discount conditions:

• Discounts apply only to Scholars Avenue's consultancy/service fees.
• All students must register and start their applications together.
• Discounts must be requested and approved before payment.
• Discounts cannot be claimed after a payment has already been completed.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly approved.
• University application fees, embassy fees, visa fees, and other third-party costs are not discounted.

8. Additional Charges Not Included in Our Packages

All package prices displayed on scholarsavenue.com represent Scholars Avenue's professional consultancy or service charges only, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

The following expenses are not included in our consultancy fee:

• University application and admission fees
• Application portal charges, including Uni-Assist where applicable
• Document attestation, apostille, and legalization
• Document translation and courier services
• Embassy and visa application fees
• Biometric and visa appointment charges
• Blocked account deposits and related banking charges
• Bank statement funds or financial sponsorship amounts
• University tuition fees
• Health and travel insurance
• Flight tickets, accommodation, and personal living expenses
• Any additional third-party administrative charges

Students are personally responsible for paying these costs. Fees paid directly to universities, government authorities, banks, insurance providers, and other third-party service providers are subject to those providers' own refund policies.

9. Student Responsibilities

To ensure smooth processing, students must:

• Provide accurate and authentic academic and personal information.
• Submit all requested documents within the communicated deadlines.
• Respond to Scholars Avenue's requests and communications promptly.
• Pay consultancy installments according to the agreed schedule.
• Cooperate with the admission and application process.
• Inform Scholars Avenue of any changes affecting their eligibility or application.

Scholars Avenue will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications caused by fraudulent documents, incorrect information, missed deadlines, or a student's failure to cooperate. Such circumstances do not qualify for a discretionary refund under our standard policy.

10. Visa Rejection Policy

Scholars Avenue provides visa documentation assistance and guidance where included in the purchased package. However, visa approval is never guaranteed. Final visa decisions are made by embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities.

A visa refusal does not automatically qualify the student for a consultancy fee refund because the university admission and visa processes are separate. Any refund rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

11. Other Individual Services

For individually purchased services, including:

• Academic CV preparation or review
• Motivation letter and statement of purpose support
• Research proposal writing
• Visa documentation preparation
• Consultation sessions
• Research Fellowship Community Programs
• Other academic or application support services

The applicable package description and agreed service terms determine the service scope.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours under our standard policy, subject to applicable law and any services already commenced with the customer's authorization. After the applicable cancellation period, no discretionary refund is offered unless the service terms expressly provide otherwise or a refund is required by law.

12. How to Request a Refund

Students who believe they qualify for a refund must submit a written request to ask@scholarsavenue.com.

The email should include:

• Full name of the student
• Name of the purchased package
• Payment receipt or transaction reference
• Date of payment
• Reason for requesting the refund
• Supporting information or documents, where applicable

Our team will review the request according to the purchased package, signed agreement, applicable refund conditions, and legal requirements. Eligible approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days.

13. Service Agreement & Policy Acceptance

Before beginning the application process, students may be required to sign a service agreement defining their selected package, payment schedule, number of applications, responsibilities, and service scope.

The individual service agreement and this policy should be read together. Where any terms conflict, applicable law and any binding individual contractual terms will govern. Changes to existing signed agreements require appropriate agreement between the parties.

14. Final Important Disclaimer

Scholars Avenue is an independent educational consultancy and academic guidance platform. We provide professional support with university admissions, scholarship applications, research opportunities, academic documents, and visa documentation.

We cannot control final decisions made by universities, scholarship committees, embassies, or immigration authorities.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Students should review all package conditions and financial requirements carefully before making a payment.
