REQUIREMENTS FOR BELGIUM

Requirement Details
Bachelor’s eligibility 12 years of education required (Intermediate or A Levels), depending on university/program equivalency
Master’s eligibility 16 years of education required (2 + 2 Degree is also acceptable, depending on university/program)
Minimum CGPA For Master’s programs in public universities, minimum CGPA should be more than 2.8/4.0 or 75%. If CGPA is below 2.8/4.0, we will only target private institutes/universities
Tuition fee range Public universities: approx. €25,00–€7,000/year, depending on university and program. Private institutes/universities may have higher tuition fees
Bank statement / proof of funds Blocked account required: approx. €12,000+ for one year. Exact amount may vary depending on university, embassy, and updated visa requirements.
IELTS requirement IELTS 6.5 overall required/preferred, with no module less than 6. Some universities may accept English Proficiency Certificate, depending on university/program
Scholarship support Scholarships are not included in this package. Students can check our separate scholarship package
Visa processing time Usually around 2 months from Pakistan, depending on appointment availability, embassy timeline, and document readiness
Spouse/dependent option Not possible from from the start. Possible later in some cases, subject to income, accommodation, visa status, and immigration requirements
Estimated total budget Approx. €18,000–€22,000 for first year, depending on tuition fee, blocked account amount, visa fee, insurance, travel cost, and personal expenses
Important Note University application fees, attestation, embassy fees, visa fees, insurance, blocked account charges, tuition fee, travel cost, and personal expenses are not included in our package (student has to pay himself/herself)

Step 2: WhatsApp Group
Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we will create a WhatsApp group with you and two of our counselors for smooth and quick communication.

Step 3: University and Program Selection
Our team will shortlist suitable universities and programs based on your academic profile, career goals, preferences, and our experience.

Step 4: Document Preparation
We will help prepare and improve your required documents, including:

  • Application-related documents
  • Other supporting documents required for admission

Step 5: University Applications
We will complete and submit your university applications according to the selected programs and admission requirements.
